Harmonium Rent to Own — Subscription

For just $45 monthly and a $350 refundable deposit (venmo or cash), you can enjoy a premium harmonium with the option to convert your investment into ownership.

• Simple Monthly Investment: $45 per month with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

• Refundable Deposit: $350, fully refundable upon return of the instrument in good condition.

• Path to Ownership:

  • Rent to Own: After 9 months of continuous rental, your deposit automatically converts to equity, meaning you own the harmonium.

  • Purchase: At any point you can purchase the harmonium ($755) and your rent plus deposit goes to your payment, nice right!

  • Incentive: Within the first three months if you choose to buy we likely can give you a discount towards the total price. 

• Early Purchase Option: Fall in love with your harmonium? You can purchase at any time by paying the remaining balance ($400 minus rental payments made)

• Flexible Returns: If you discover the harmonium isn't for you, simply return it in excellent condition ‘within the first 3 months’ and receive your deposit back (rental fees won’t be refundable)

• Delivery & Pickup:

  • Local delivery available for a nominal fee

  • Pickup available at our location by appointment

• Agreement: will be signed on delivery with a deposit of $350 on delivery and a minimum 3 month subscription.
